MWH Treatment is looking for a Regional Construction Manager, with the role focused on report directly to the Operations Manager and your role will include providing functional, senior management to the construction team on all matters relating to the construction ph. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

MWH Treatment are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Regional Construction Manager based within the Thames Water framework. Responsible for construction related resource management, quality, SHEQ and programme performance.

Management responsibilities

Report directly to the Operations Manager and your role will include providing functional, senior management to the construction team on all matters relating to the construction ph. Provide skilled construction resources for each project. Supporting the Operations Manager/Programme Managers/Project Managers to ensure all SHEQ, Construction programme and budget requirements are met.

Leadership skills and experience

  • Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
