What the role involves

• Providing leadership and direction across 8 care homes.
• Supporting, coaching, and developing Home Managers to get the best out of their teams.
• Ensuring homes are aligned with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and always inspection-ready.
• Spotting underperformance early and putting clear plans in place to address it.
• Encouraging a culture where quality, accountability, and resident care come first.
• Working with senior leadership on wider business priorities and growth plans.

Confirmed role details

• £85,000 – £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus.
• Reporting into the Director of Care, you’ll be key in making sure CQC and quality standards are consistently high, homes are well-run, and teams feel supported.
• Take full ownership of the region, working closely with your Home Managers to deliver strong results both in terms of care and commercial performance.
