What the role involves

• Travel between communities 80+% of the time.
• Supporting, coach, and mentor Wellness Leaders to effectively lead their teams and uphold company standards.
• Ensure communities are in compliance with all state-specific regulations and company policies.
• Actively participate in the Excellence Review rotation to ensure quality and compliance benchmarks are met.
• Promote and nurture our 1440 Mission and company culture across all communities.
• Ensure consistent application and adherence to Board of Nursing standards and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Skills and requirements

• 80+% Travel Required (Grand Rapids and North/Central Michigan).
• This role supports Wellness Leaders in maintaining compliance, delivering quality care, and building strong teams.
• LPN/RN License Required.
• Previous Regional/leadership and supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
