Regional Engineering Manager
Regional Engineering Manager focuses on manage lead engineers, m&e engineers and mobile engineers across the region.
What the role involves
- Manage Lead Engineers, M&E Engineers and Mobile Engineers across the region.
- Deliver an effective asset care and maintenance strategy, driving continuous improvement in engineering performance.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with statutory regulations, client standards, and internal governance requirements.
- Provide leadership for mechanical and electrical engineering services including power, water, heating, cooling and building fabric.
- Take a lead role in delivering engineering capital projects from concept through to completion.
- Provide technical expertise on the design, procurement and lifecycle management of utilities and engineering equipment.
Skills and requirements
- City & Guilds or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience leading engineering teams across multi-site portfolios.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and understand P&L.
- The ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships.
