The Role
Are you an experienced FMCG Field Sales Representative looking for your next challenge with a high‑performing, globally recognised brand?
We’re looking for a confident, commercially driven Field Sales professional to join our industry‑leading Field Sales team in the West Midlands as our new Regional Field Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the pace, pressures, and rewards of FMCG field sales and is ready to make an immediate impact.
You’ll be joining an established, high‑calibre team with long‑standing relationships across convenience, wholesale, and key independent retailers. From day one, you’ll be trusted to manage your territory effectively, execute against clear priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment. This is a field-based role, and you will need to be able to travel to your customers sites across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. You will ideally live in Birmingham or Coventryto make it easier to travel to your customers sites.
All candidates must hold a valid Full UK driving licence.
