The Regional Head of SHEQ position with MWH Treatment centres on we are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking Regional Head of SHEQ to lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across our Severn Trent Water framework (East Midlands). It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where the technical work sits

• We are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking Regional Head of SHEQ to lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across our Severn Trent Water framework (East Midlands).
• Report to the Regional Framework Director, with a key strategic link to the SHEQ & Sustainability Director UK.
• Provide the space to innovate and grow.

Practical details

• MWH Treatment are looking to strengthen our SHEQ team with a Regional Head of SHEQ based at Severn Trent region with hybrid working available.
• Hybrid working is available, with regular presence across regional project sites.
• Champion and embed the MWHT Cultural Development Programme to strengthen behaviours, ownership and engagement across the region.
• Set clear expectations, roles and responsibilities for the SHEQ team, ensuring robust professional development pathways and succession planning.
