What the role involves

• This senior leadership role will drive the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality agenda across a large regional framework, helping to shape culture, performance and continuous im.
• Build strong relationships with clients, delivery partners and stakeholders.
• Reporting to the Regional Director and working closely with senior SHEQ leadership, you will provide strategic direction.
• Lead a high-performing SHEQ team.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and management system requirements, and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary SHEQ teams within construction, utilities or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH).
• Environmental qualification and risk assessment competence.
