HR skills and experience

  • Mastersqualification in a relevant field: Chartered Member CIPD Level 7 qualificationegor equivalent outside the UK.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible HRBP experience, ideally within complex, matrixed, and global organizations with experience of INGO environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems such as Workday and championing the benefits.

  • Activelyparticipatein regional leadership team strategic planning, contributing HR insights that drive organizationalobjectives.
  • Develop andmonitorregional HR policies, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and labor laws through regular auditing andtimelycorrective actions.
  • Develop andmaintainpartnerships with external HR vendors and service providers to support regional HR operations.
  • Mentor and coach regional and country HR leaders and teams to enhance HR capacity and effectiveness.
