HR skills and experience
- Mastersqualification in a relevant field: Chartered Member CIPD Level 7 qualificationegor equivalent outside the UK.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible HRBP experience, ideally within complex, matrixed, and global organizations with experience of INGO environments.
- Demonstrated experience with HR systems such as Workday and championing the benefits.
