• Managing Hub Facilities Management budgets, ensuring value for money and compliance with Trust financial regulations.
• Maintaining compliance dashboards and auditable records across all Hub schools.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives, including energy, water and waste reduction, and decarbonisation projects.
• Providing a responsive, customer-focused service to Headteachers, staff, and pupils.

• £33,699 to £37,280 per annum (BWMAT Scale G).

Candidate fit

• A NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) with relevant experience in an estates and facilities management role.
• A health and safety qualification or accreditation.
• At least 2 years' experience of managing teams in a school or other estates environment, with a track record of delivering strategic and operational goals.
