• Take responsibility for a range of 30 stores throughout East Anglia, maximising sales and performance.
• Review our trading propositions, standards and service, optimising customer relationships and continuing to build upon our customer obsessed culture.
• Drive customer retention and growth, inspiring performance and implementing sales initiatives, with an eye focused firmly on opportunity, costs and the bottom line.
• Take ownership of the Trade/CRM proposition, directly influencing the pentration of trade customers.
• That involves managing top tier stores, health and safety, security, cash, stock integrity and shop floor and warehouse presentation.
• From sharing new ideas and best practice across the business to Recruitment and Supply Chain, collaboration is key to ensure the smooth running of your operation.
