The Regional Manager (Retail) position centres on mentor, coach and support the development of Shop Managers to reach a high performance and lead their teams effectively. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

You will provide a direct link between your region and Senior Management supporting the achievement of core business objectives. Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Mentor, coach and support the development of Shop Managers to reach a high performance and lead their teams effectively. Engage shops teams on regional strategies to maximize profitability, manage costs and drive effective implementation of promotions and new product offerings. Overseeing the delivery of safe and responsible gambling practices in all retail locations.
What is expected
- Previous multi-site management experience ideally within betting, gaming, retail or hospitality sectors.
- Commercial acumen with experience of managing budgets, financials, and ability to analyse reports on business performance metrics.
- Full clean driving license and flexibility as frequent travel will be required.
