Supporting delivery of the retail strategy across the region, turning strategic pillars into clear, measurable plans for Area Managers and shop teams. Driving commercial, operational, and compliance performance, owning regional P&L and all key KPIs. Supporting, coach, and inspire Area Operations Managers, strengthening talent pipelines, driving colleague engagement, and championing recognition and inclusion.
