Job description
As a Regional Portfolio Manager in Architecture, Construction Management, the work centres on managing a portfolio of capacity delivery projects in an assigned region - new capacity construction projects - Hybrid, Colo (MTB/STB), Edge (to a lesser extent), in addition to ad. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

What you would be doing
Managing a portfolio of capacity delivery projects in an assigned region - new capacity construction projects - Hybrid, Colo (MTB/STB), Edge (to a lesser extent), in addition to ad-h. Supporting the Regional Engineering Managers to track the completion for the key data centers’ life-cycle deliverables, kingpin goals and initiative / strategy paper preparation. Managing project archiving, tracking, processing and filing activities, assist in naming standard, versioning schema, etc.
What you need
- Demonstrable experience with managing documents in various types of office software including some of the following: Autodesk BIM360, Bluebeam, Salesforce, and Procore.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers.
