What the role involves

  • Coaching and developing store leaders and teams to translate retail plans into tangible actions that drive agreed targets.
  • Delivering all sales and KPI targets through performance monitoring, opportunity identification and action planning.
  • Support and direction aligned with the vision and strategic direction of SEPHORA UK.
  • Translating area objectives into store sales and KPI targets, monitoring performance and identifying store and leadership improvement opportunities.
  • Build trust with store and head office teams.

Skills and requirements

  • Youll lead the people, standards, customer experience and operational performance of stores within the London region.
  • Proven experience leading fastpaced, highturnover stores (£10M+) with strong commercial results.
  • High energy and adaptability, embracing change, leading from the front, and holding a valid driving licence with flexibility to travel across the UK.
