Regional Support Manager
Regional Support Manager focuses on supporting the regional manager with the operational oversight of a portfolio of more than six care homes.
What the role involves
- Supporting the Regional Manager with the operational oversight of a portfolio of more than six care homes.
- Provide focused support to homes requiring additional operational, clinical or compliance assistance.
- Work alongside Home Managers to drive improvements in quality, occupancy, staffing and overall performance.
- Supporting homes through inspections, action plans and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with the transition and integration of newly acquired services where required.
- Analysing performance data, quality indicators and compliance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Skills and requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Care Home Manager within elderly nursing and residential care services.
- Previous experience supporting multiple care homes across a region.
- Proven experience supporting homes to improve quality, compliance and operational performance.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the North East.
