Regional Support Manager

Regional Support Manager focuses on supporting the regional manager with the operational oversight of a portfolio of more than six care homes.

What the role involves

• Supporting the Regional Manager with the operational oversight of a portfolio of more than six care homes.
• Provide focused support to homes requiring additional operational, clinical or compliance assistance.
• Work alongside Home Managers to drive improvements in quality, occupancy, staffing and overall performance.
• Supporting homes through inspections, action plans and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with the transition and integration of newly acquired services where required.
• Analysing performance data, quality indicators and compliance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Skills and requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Care Home Manager within elderly nursing and residential care services.
• Previous experience supporting multiple care homes across a region.
• Proven experience supporting homes to improve quality, compliance and operational performance.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the North East.
