Regional Technical Manager

The Regional Technical Manager position centres on overseeing technical operations including logistic transport, installations, commissioning, PDI, site surveys, logistics planning, and ongoing service support. Where ownership sits

Support fleet management, parts optimisation, and logistics processes to ensure the right tools, parts, and machines are available when needed. Partner with Area Technical Managers to improve route efficiency, technician capability, and service delivery consistency.

Overseeing technical operations including logistic transport, installations, commissioning, PDI, site surveys, logistics planning, and ongoing service support. Maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Care to ensure seamless service delivery. Leading, coach and develop all technical teams within the region, ensuring high performance, accountability and strong collaboration.

What the role depends on

• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams in a field-service or engineering-led environment.
• Solid understanding of vending, coffee, refrigeration, or similar electromechanical equipment (preferred but not essential).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop large, diverse teams.
