  • Support workplace teams across multiple sites to deliver high service standards.
  • Overseeing the delivery of workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, address issues, and engage with on-site teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining strong and effective working relationships.
  • Managing operational escalations and implement effective, timely solutions.
  • Partner with clients to understand evolving needs and adapt workplace services accordingly.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Strong leadership and people management capability with experience developing teams.
  • Experience using workplace management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements and sustainability practices.
