- Support workplace teams across multiple sites to deliver high service standards.
- Overseeing the delivery of workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, in line with SLAs and KPIs.

Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership and people management capability with experience developing teams.
- Experience using workplace management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements and sustainability practices.
