What the role involves

• Leading the daily operations of the home, ensuring consistently high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
• Ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, including audits and Ofsted readiness.
• Recruiting, supervising, and developing a high-performing, motivated care team.
• Taking the lead on safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and staff.
• Building strong working relationships with local authorities, schools, health services, and other stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement and development across the home and organisation.
