• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance within children and adult social care.
• Proven ability to manage care staff, systems, and service quality.
• An eye for detail is essential as is knowledge of current care sector conditions and trends.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time hours, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with flexibility to suit the needs of the business (plus on-call expectations).
