Skills and requirements
- Hold, or be working towards, NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Strong understanding of the CQC framework, with experience achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes.
- Proven management experience within a regulated care setting.
- Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
Confirmed role details
- £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
- Very generous performance‑based bonus structure.

- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
