  • Managing rotas and scheduling to consistently deliver safe, high‑quality care.

Skills and requirements

  • Hold, or be working towards, NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Strong understanding of the CQC framework, with experience achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes.
  • Proven management experience within a regulated care setting.
  • Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
