Registered Care Manager focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, person-centered care.

What the role involves

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, person-centered care.
• Support, and mentor a team of care staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including CQC requirements.
• Handling client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a care manager or in a similar role within the healthcare or social care sector.
• Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Confirmed role details

• £35000-£45000 per annum (Based on experience).
• Have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to providing person-centered care.
