What the role involves

• Here at Nurslink we are currently recruiting experienced Community nurses to support a number of NHS trusts across the London area.
• Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
• Co -ordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals, community services.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation of assessments.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

Skills and requirements

• Band 5 or above.
• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Registered nurse with a current NMC pin.
• Relevant Nursing qualifications.
