Skills and requirements

• Experienced Leadership: You’re an efficient, organized manager with a passion for community care.
• Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification or have a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services.
• Solid budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills are essential for success.
