As a Night in Registered Nurse, the work centres on proactively identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for service users (as appropriate). It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

How the role works day to day
Proactively identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for service users (as appropriate). Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist service users in complex,urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions/treatments for service users with complex needs.
