• Providing leadership, supervision, training and performance management to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Financial and Operational Oversight Managing budgets and resources to ensure the service operates efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or complex behaviours within residential or supported living services.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
