What the role involves

• Investigating any complaints surrounding safeguarding, abuse, or delivery of your services and ensuring notifications and duty of candour are sent to the right parties.

Skills and requirements

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
• Registered nurse experience with an active NMC Pin with no restrictions - desirable.
• Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector including the running of a care home and regulatory framework.
