How the role is set up

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards. Maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.

Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance. Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.

What is expected

• We are ideally looking for an experienced leader within the Adult Social Care sector, with the ability to drive quality and performance.
• Experience of managing services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
• Knowledge of the needs and rights of adults with Learning Disabilities.
