Registered Manager

As a Registered Manager, the work centres on the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Role overview

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced manager within the Health and Social Care sector, with a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards. We will reward you with £300 if you recommend a new candidate to us who is not already registered and we secure them a role for a minimum of 1 month.

Main responsibilities

Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance. Maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home and be an excellent manager of staff. Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.

Requirements

• Experience of managing Residential or Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
• Experience of line managing a large staff team.
• Good knowledge and understanding of CQC, Health and Safety and Local Authority requirements.
