- Support staff to deliver exceptional care tailored to individual needs.
- Promote a culture of empathy, professionalism, and continuous improvement among the team.
- Review personalized support plans that address the emotional, social, and developmental needs of young people.
- Supporting young people in their transition to independence, equipping them with life skills and confidence.
Skills and requirements
- Extensive experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory requirements in care services.
- Ability to develop and implement individualised support plans with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Problem-solving and resilience to handle challenges with a calm and solution-focused approach.
