What the role involves

• Oversee the management of all aspects of the 3 bed home, ensuring the highest standards of support, safety and individualised care.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support and accommodation facility.
• Support staff to deliver exceptional care tailored to individual needs.
• Promote a culture of empathy, professionalism, and continuous improvement among the team.
• Review personalized support plans that address the emotional, social, and developmental needs of young people.
• Supporting young people in their transition to independence, equipping them with life skills and confidence.

Skills and requirements

• Extensive experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory requirements in care services.
• Ability to develop and implement individualised support plans with a focus on positive outcomes.
• Problem-solving and resilience to handle challenges with a calm and solution-focused approach.
