The Care Assistant position centres on managing rotas and scheduling to consistently deliver safe, high‑quality care. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
Undertake audits, service reviews, care assistant and client checks, risk assessments and support plan reviews. Hold, or be working towards, NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
