• Overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the residential service.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.
• Develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
• Maintaining safe staffing levels and participate in the on-call rota.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.
• Utilise systems to oversee staffing, training, audits, incidents, and quality assurance.
