Job description
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Oakham. This role comes following the recent acquisition of a struggling branch by a well-established and financially stable provider. You will be responsible for stabilising the service, improving performance, and rebuilding relationships with the local authority. There is clear scope to grow the hours back up and put the right structure in place.
