Aspris Children's Services are currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in the Pontypridd area.

Our home is a special place supporting up to 4 young people aged between 8 - 17 years with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment.

This role is for a confident leader who enjoys developing teams, bringing stability, and moving services forward. The home has experienced change and now needs consistent, supportive leadership to rebuild confidence, embed good practice, and create a positive culture for both staff and young people.

You’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, including safeguarding, quality, compliance, and team development. A key focus will be supporting and developing staff, setting clear expectations, and creating a calm, well-run service.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be backed by an experienced leadership team as well as specialist support from wider Aspris teams, including HR, Quality, Learning and Development and more.
