What the role involves
- Provide effective leadership and management of the respite service on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the service operates in line with CQC regulations, company policies, and best practice guidance.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, safeguarding, inclusion, and person-centred care.
- Support staff to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, and resource allocation effectively.
- Overseeing assessments, admissions, and transition planning for new individuals accessing the service.

- Proven experience working within a care, supported living, or respite environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to support clients directly when needed.
