What the role involves

• The company is looking for a Registered Manager who leads with fairness, supports the development of others and can provide the office team with clear direction and confidence.
• Ongoing support from the Directors.
• Leading the day-to-day operations of a CQC registered domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality care.
• Care team to improve performance, engagement, retention and accountability.
• Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance.
• Build strong relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.

Confirmed role details

• £42,000-£50,000 OTE per annum.
• 31 days annual leave.
