Skills and requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Proven experience in acute mental health settings.
- At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the mental health sector.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage complex care needs.
