As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, the work centres on to act as a resource in caring for mental health patients providing enhanced care, support and advice. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you need
- Working knowledge of all relevant legislation associated with mental health care including the Mental Health Act (1983/2007), Mental Capacity Act (2005) and DOLS/LPS.
- Have an excellent understanding and experience of working with patients who have experienced psychological trauma – demonstrating trauma informed care.
- Knowledge and experience of working with patients in an inpatient mental health setting.
