What you need

• Working knowledge of all relevant legislation associated with mental health care including the Mental Health Act (1983/2007), Mental Capacity Act (2005) and DOLS/LPS.
• Have an excellent understanding and experience of working with patients who have experienced psychological trauma – demonstrating trauma informed care.
• Knowledge and experience of working with patients in an inpatient mental health setting.
