What the role involves

• Plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
• Delivering person centred care to each resident.
• Monitoring the physical health of residents within care plans.
• Supervise all care staff or new recruits.

Skills and requirements

• Valid UK NMC pin.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Have a good standard of written and oral English.
• Experience gained in a care home setting.

Confirmed role details

• This role is temporary Maternity cover, with potential to become permanent.
