What the role involves

• To be responsible for the day to day care of residents, delegating roles to nursing.
• To provide clinical supervision to the Registered Nurses. Through supervision ensure that the Registered Nurse team obtain and sustain the clinical competencies necessary to meet t.
• To act as a Shift Team Leader and to provide overall supervision and development for care staff.
• To contribute to the training of care staff and other staff, acting as a role model at all times.
• To actively participate in personal and professional development opportunities, attending necessary mandatory training as identified.
• Lead to positive outcomes for people who use our services.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Salary from £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• ESAS – Salary Advance.

Candidate fit

• Experience as a deputy manager/clinical lead is highly desired.
• Must be clinical with active NMC pin.
