- To manage all aspects of the Home’s operation.
- Delivering high quality care to residents in accordance with company standards.
- Compliance with all regulatory and statutory bodies.
- Ensure the home meets or exceeds financial targets.
- To build trusting and close relationships with residents.
- Registered Manager – Home Manager – Nursing Manager – CQC – RGN.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
Confirmed role details
- £55, – £60, per annum + Performance Bonus.
- 33 days annual leave allowance.
- Paid NMC registration.
- Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan.
