  • To manage all aspects of the Home’s operation.
  • Delivering high quality care to residents in accordance with company standards.
  • Compliance with all regulatory and statutory bodies.
  • Ensure the home meets or exceeds financial targets.
  • To build trusting and close relationships with residents.
  • Registered Manager – Home Manager – Nursing Manager – CQC – RGN.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

  • £55, – £60, per annum + Performance Bonus.
  • 33 days annual leave allowance.
  • Paid NMC registration.
  • Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan.
