What the role involves

• We’ll talk through your availability and what works for you, while making sure we cover the shifts the home needs to provide the best care for our residents.
• Leading high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.
• Review care plans to meet residents' individual needs.
• Managing medication in line with policies and legislation.
• Supporting and delegate to care staff to maintain excellent care standards.
• Maintaining accurate, timely records.

Skills and requirements

• Support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
• Relevant care, clinical.

Confirmed role details

• Lead care staff on shift.
• We’re offering PT/FT hours with a range of shift options, including long days, early, late and night shifts across weekdays and weekends.
