What the role involves

• At Ferndene Care Home, based in Gainsborough, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
• Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications.
• Reporting any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.
• Ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.
• Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge.

Confirmed role details

• Reimbursement of annual NMC PIN payment (subject to no restrictions placed).

Additional role context

• 3 days per week.
• Schedule: Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
