Role overview

This role is a full or Part Time role for the right person. We provide person-centred support to older adults, as well as younger adults under the age of 65, living with a wide range of needs including mental wellbeing challenges, Huntingto.

Main responsibilities

Leading and oversee the day-to-day clinical care needs of residents within the Florence House community. Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to senior care staff and wider team members during shifts. Supporting residents to make informed choices, promoting independence, dignity and positive risk-taking where appropriate.
