What the role involves

• An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to lead our Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service team covering East & Mid Ross and Nairn.
• A compassionate and skilled Nurse Team Leader who can provide strong clinical leadership, advanced practice, and effective day‑to‑day service coordination.
• Oversee local drug and alcohol recovery team staff, delivering recovery‑focused, trauma‑informed care across a broad rural locality.
• Support to nursing staff.
• Providing professional leadership, supervision.
• Managing a specialist caseload of individuals with complex needs.
