What the role involves

• Healthcare support workers in provision of care and treatment within a defined clinical service, under the management and leadership of the team leader.
• Co-ordinating and supervising a small team of junior nurses or practitioners, students and clinical support workers in delivering care.
• Each colleague within the organisation plays a key role in how we deliver our healthcare services.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

• Open to newly qualified or experienced staff.
• Good knowledge around mental health legislation.
• Clinical practice skills ,Phlebotomy, ECG interpretation etc.

Candidate fit

• Patient nursing care for patients with a range of mental disorders, substance misuse, learning disability or co-morbidity, under the clinical supervision of the caseload holder.
• Team leader, senior charge nurse or practitioner who provides clinical supervision to the post holder and retains overall responsibility for patient care.

Additional role context

• Additional for those with 2 years post registration.
