What the role involves

• We’re excited to be recruiting a Clinical Lead to join our ambitious, values‑driven Rehab Without Walls team.
• As Clinical Lead, you will be at the heart of clinical excellence across our case management community.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead.
• Free 24 hour confidential Employee Assistance Programme Helpline & App to support with legal, health, wellbeing, relationship and consumer advice.

Skills and requirements

• You’re a confident, credible and values‑led clinician with a recognised professional qualification in.
• Significant hands-on clinical experience in your relevant field, ideally working with clients who require case management or complex care coordination.
• We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.

Confirmed role details

• This is a remote role , supporting clients across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas , with travel required.
• Rehab without Walls Case Management Bonus Scheme.
• A Nest Personal Pension account.

Candidate fit

• Strong influencing skills with the ability to quickly build positive relationships with case managers and referrers.

Additional role context

• For over 30 years , we’ve been delivering high quality rehabilitation.
• 35 hours a week.
• 1 hour unpaid lunch.
