What the role involves

• The Triangle Care Home provides support for people living with a range of differing health needs, offering residential, nursing and dementia care on a long-term or short-term and r.
• Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support.
• Maintaining effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.
• Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
• Provide appropriate personal care for residents e.g., washing and dressing and toileting.
• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.
