This Registered Nurse role is focused on supporting and guiding care staff on shift. It would suit someone who can bring with approximately 30 beds, this smaller service offers a warm, person-centred environment, supported by a close-knit team and a strong, family-oriented ethos to the role.
How the role is set up
As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for delivering high standards of clinical care and supporting the overall wellbeing of residents. The service provides high-quality long-term and respite care, including specialist support for individuals living with dementia, within a comfortable and thoughtfully designed sett.
