Registered Nurse focuses on leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support.

What the role involves

• Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support.
• Maintaining effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.
• Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
• Provide appropriate personal care for residents e.g., washing and dressing and toileting.
• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.
• Carry out Staff Supervision and Appraisals with Team/Unit allocated.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• £23.50 Per Hour.
• ESAS – Salary Advance.
