Confirmed role details

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + £2,000 Welcome Bonus.
• Permanent, Full-Time.
• Providing leadership, supervision, training and performance management to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure the service operates efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate fit

• Candidates must be comfortable working on a shift basis and being on call where required.

Additional role context

• The service is a new-build development supporting 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
